Signatory Vintage Samurai Vol.2 Craigellachie 2009

The image of Japan has been shaped by heroic fighters for more than 700 years. Their first great battle took place last December, and now they are four. We have elevated the series of noble bottlings from Andrew Symington's wood treasure to noble warrior status with expressive labels. Each bottle is personalized with illustrated heroic figures, this time set off in black and white against (to the best of our knowledge) politically correct backgrounds.
As the sword is the soul of the samurai, so sherry forms the heart of the heroic range. In the case of Craigellachie's 11-year-old single malt, the natural, deep dark color already reveals it: sherry butt. A single malt rarity is Glentauchers, distilled in 2009. The rather unknown Speyside single malt with a light body received a finish in sherry butt.
