No verification of the authenticity of customer reviews

We do not conduct separate reviews of reviews to ensure that the reviews presented are actually from consumers. All visitors to our website can submit reviews for our products. The submission of reviews is not tied to a user account or similar.

We use word filters to prevent any insulting, racist or promotional reviews.

• Every visitor of our website has the possibility to react to already published comments with "Helpful" or "Report".
• All reviews filtered or reported in this way will not be further manually reviewed by us. Filtered out ratings are simply not displayed and are not included in the overall rating shown. Due to limited personnel and technical capacities, we do not perform any plausibility checks, not even random ones.
