Hibiki

Hibiki whisky was launched in 1989 for Suntory's 90th anniversary and has since become Japan's most acclaimed blended whisky. Hibiki was born as a blend that was the result of sampling and tasting aged malt whiskies from a million casks at Suntory. The current bottlings are made from a blend of more than 30 individual malt and grain whiskies, and the final blend is rounded out with a whisky aged more than 30 years.
This is the culmination of a process that requires the Master Blender to taste over 300 malt whisky samples daily. From its beginnings to its current forms, Hibiki's craft and method reflects the core idea of the "resonance" principle - indicating the artistic sensibility of the product.
